Paulina “Pau” Rodas is the Executive Assistant and Intake Specialist at Open Sky Law. Originally from Guatemala, Pau is passionate about helping people and guiding them through some of the most important moments of their lives. With experience in immigration matters, including VAWA cases, she is dedicated to providing compassionate support and ensuring that clients feel heard, informed, and cared for throughout their legal journey.

Pau is a Clinical Psychologist and holds a master's degree in criminology and criminal policy. Her academic background and professional experience have shaped a career path that she truly enjoys, allowing her to combine her passion for people, advocacy, and meaningful service. She values building genuine connections with clients and contributing to a team committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Outside of work, Pau dedicates her free time to her family and enjoys spending quality time with her children and her husband. She loves reading, watching Netflix series, and continuously learning about the many branches of psychology, a field that continues to inspire both her personal and professional growth.
